# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and uniformly mixed.
02 - Divide mixture into three portions per snowman: large for the base, medium for the middle, and small for the head; shape each into smooth balls.
03 - Arrange cheese balls stacked largest to smallest on a serving platter to resemble snowmen.
04 - Decorate each snowman using peppercorns for eyes and buttons, carrot sticks for noses, bell pepper strips for scarves, pretzel sticks for arms, and optional parsley or dill for added detail.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to allow cheese balls to firm before serving.
