# Directions:
01 - Combine oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to break up clumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot water (below boiling) and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove the oat milk mixture from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract thoroughly.
04 - Divide the matcha evenly between two mugs. Slowly pour the spiced oat milk over the matcha to create a layered appearance if desired.
05 - Add a cinnamon stick or a light dusting of ground cinnamon atop each serving. Serve immediately.
