# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
02 - Position the celery stalk vertically at the center of a large platter to represent the butterfly's body.
03 - Place the sliced apple at the top of the celery stalk to create the butterfly's head.
04 - Insert the pretzel rods or candy sticks into the apple slice to form the butterfly's antennae.
05 - Create the butterfly wings on either side of the celery by arranging strawberries, grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, pineapple, and blackberries in colorful blocks or patterns, alternating colors for visual appeal.
06 - Optionally, decorate with fresh mint leaves to enhance presentation.
07 - Combine vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest in a small bowl; serve alongside the platter.
