Lemon Ginger Turmeric Wellness Cubes (Printable Version)

Frozen citrus shots combining lemon, ginger, and turmeric for convenient daily wellness. Simply dissolve cubes in water or add to smoothies.

# Components:

→ Citrus Base

01 - 3 large lemons, juiced (about ¾ cup juice)

→ Roots & Spices

02 - 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
03 - 2-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
04 - 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Liquid Base

05 - 1 cup filtered water

→ Optional Sweetener

06 - 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for taste)

# Directions:

01 - Place lemon juice, chopped ginger, chopped turmeric (or ground turmeric), water, black pepper, and sweetener (if using) in a blender. Process on high speed until completely smooth and no visible chunks remain.
02 - Pour blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bowl. Press firmly with a spoon to extract maximum liquid, discarding the fibrous pulp.
03 - Carefully pour strained liquid into ice cube tray compartments, filling each to just below the rim to allow for expansion during freezing.
04 - Place trays in freezer for minimum 2 hours or overnight until cubes are completely firm. For longer storage, transfer frozen cubes to freezer-safe bags.
05 - Remove 2 cubes per serving. Dissolve in warm water for a soothing wellness shot, blend into smoothies, or consume directly as a concentrated health boost.
