# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in under 10 minutes with ingredients you probably already have scattered around your kitchen.
  • The Greek yogurt base keeps it light and protein-packed, so you can actually enjoy it without the guilt.
  • Fresh herbs make it taste like something from a fancy restaurant, but tastes homemade in the best way.
02 -
  • Fresh herbs are not optional here—they're what separates this from tasting like a sad packet of dry ranch mix.
  • If you use bottled lemon juice instead of fresh, the dip will taste flatter and somehow less fresh, even though the yogurt should make up for it.
03 -
  • Chop your fresh herbs right before mixing so they're at their peak flavor and color.
  • Taste as you add salt and pepper—yogurt masks flavors differently than cream does, so your instincts might be slightly off at first.
